I didnt think it was possible but according to this blog I read its true.

it is possibe to get indexed in minutes. all you need is backlinks from high traffic sites that get visited by googlebot on a constant basis

 

That's a way to get a blog post indexed, and I can see the theory - drop a hint that the longtail is searched for and then ping the blog. Frankly if the blog is already indexed, just the pinging will do it, the rest is smoke and mirrors.

 

Yes, this is almost true, I get indexed in 30 minutes. It also matters what you write about near your link.

I use twitter plugin for my blog website which tweets link of all new posts. This way all new pages on my website get indexed within 1 hour

 

That's something new. I never knew if you tweet about your new blog post that you'll get indexed. I never knew Twitter and Google teamed up for data mining.

Well, a blog post I published at 9.57 am (London time) - came to me in a Google alert at 11.12 a.m. - so about an hour and a quarter.
No tricks - just pinging.

 

Its impossible to index a site or page with a minute but certainly It can get indexed within 1 hour. I use pingomatic service to ping my blog whenever I postnew blog and it get index within 1 hour.

Are we just talking about finding it in a google listing or as part of webmaster tools listing for sitemap index?
