I personally could care less about the "healing properties" of green tea. I just like the way it tastes
I like the way it tastes, but I do drink it as well as take capsule forms of it for it's antioxidant properties. I also drink white tea, black teas, red teas, a wide range of tea. At any given time I have somewhere in the area of a dozen on the low end to 3 dozen or more varieties of tea in my personal stash. I even drink bedtime forms of tea to get to sleep at night, ones to sore muscles, respiratory health, joint pain, etc. Nothing wrong with liking the taste of something that is good for you
Grim, do those teas actually work? You know, the tea you mentioned about helping you get to sleep, respiratory problems, etc. etc. etc.?
Yep, the bed time tea puts me to sleep hardcore. Others such as the stuff I drink when my throat hurts has licorice in it which sooths the throat, in my opinion they work great in most cases.
I buy the chinese green tea at an oriental food store. I like the jasmine green tea, it seems to have a less bitter taste than regular green tea. Then I love mochas...........
The effect of caffeine decreases a bit while tea powder is boiled but the caffeine remains intact in the coffe which effects more than tea.
I can take both.No special preferences. May be there should be an option for "both" I also like some of the "malt" based drinks though
Try and get your hands on some Red Bush tea - I find it gives me an interesting high. Also, someone told me apples wake you up more than a cup of tea or coffee = 'tis true...
The apple thing is correct. I've heard that a time or two, and it really does work better than anything else.
I'll give that a go some time then. Some other chaps told me that eating Lays chips will help you do better Calculus. It works to some extent too
Hahaha, that chip thing makes absolutely no sense. Luckily I won't ever have to test it out because I'm not involved in ANYTHING calculus related.
