    That thread the poster was logging into their account from very different IP addresses. He or she didn't understand (and to be honest didn't want to understand) how that was an issue and would not remain professional about the problem.

    Best bet would be to contact them directly, remain professional, and ask them if the issue can be resolved and if so, how can it be resolved. Don't whine, don't beg, don't be an ass. If they point at something and say this was the issue, explain your side of the story and see if you can get resolution.

    But phone, home, another private house, work office and change ISP can make different IP addresses, unless using proxy is dangerous.

    Yes, but they're all in the same region or general area on a map. The previous poster was traveling to other countries.

    If you're in the US one day and then log in from France the next day for example, it's going to raise flags with most sites that require a log in. It's basic security for those who take the time and give it some thought. Heck, my servers are set up to monitor that. I know Google is as well because the IP addresses of my local library show up as Korean and I've been blocked previously. (Although my account is flagged now.)
