need best cms for this-willing to pay

    Greetings
    I need to create a website for a TV station
    http://www.tvsa.ba
    The website needs to have all the functions like this one...
    Its a pretty simple site but the problem is making it look like the current i mean the position of and everything...
    Something else,if it would be a CMS like Drupal/wordpress i would need to remove all traces of it...so that it doesent show that its a cms like that,including the back end...
    Hope someone can help me

    You can have a kick at Joomla. It will do most of the stuff you need done.
