Here's a tip, to start off I suggest you just pick something you like, at first this was the hardest thing for me to do, but it will come. Don't focus so much on the high paying keywords right away, once you get the hang of making websites then move onto "niche" targeted areas that bring in the big bucks.
Don't be blinded by the attraction of high paying ads. Focus on niches that interests YOU to begin with. One of the hardest parts of web building and adsense is finding the motivation to actually complete a project. Its easier to complete a project that interests you and through it gain a little experience about how Adsense works. After you're confident about how the scheme works you can try and experiment with niches that holds slightly less interest for you but are within high paying adsense themes. Be patient and peristant. Don't give up and you'll eventually start earning decent amounts of cash with Adsense.
Agree, you should absolutely avoid all of the keywords you have suggested, you will make far more money from niches. As an example one of my top sites is based around "Ear candles" - okay now when you've all finished laughing, I average $1 per click for that site. Guess no one's laughing now Dickie
