I am thinking of buying a new desktop PC.

can someone suggest me a reliable one?

I don't want to waste too much money on it as I prefer to change my pc every 3 years.

my last 2 desktops have been Zenith, but second one didn't perform up to my expectations.

why not DIY a desktop? You can get a better configuration with the same price as the retailers

I always prefer to get the computers assembled as they are cheap and you can get the configuration of your choice. However, you should know a reliable person/company in order to get a computer assembled or you might have service or other issues later.

configuration isn't that important for me.

I will be using my desktop for simple work related tasks.

I just want a pc that won't give me any problems for next 3 years.

after that I ll again buy a new one.

the problem with assembled computers is that even if the assembler is reliable, his suppliers may not be.

a single sub-standard part is enough to ruin a PC.

If you have budget than go for Dell ... that one is really reliable and affordable as well. After Dell you can count for HCL or HP.

I suggest you to buy HP Desktop with windows 07 operating which is good, it may be little higher in price but you will get good service, also you will get good amount if you resale after 3 years.

You can also buy assambled PC of your choice i.e. CPU+MOTHERBOARD+MONITOR every thing of your choice

Assemble one is best choice as they tend to be cheaper with same config.
