Selling PR1 Make Money Online Niche Site

    I have for sale a PR1 blog with unique content in the make money online niche. This is a high paying niche with highly searched keywords.

    Age of Domain & site - almost 3 years old (original owner)
    Backlinks per site explorer: 28
    Domain expiry date: December 29, 2009
    Registrar: Namecheap (free push)

    Has made money through clickbank in the past but assume revenue is minimum because site has been neglected plus I changed the design and only left adsense. Both domain and site are aged and have much potential. You could expand further by reviewing products, use as a resource site or even easily make money through link sales. Site uses wordpress cms with a premium theme. Traffic is minimum but wouldn't take long to increase with regular updating & promotion.

    I would say around a few uniques but please assume close to none as site does need promotion.
    It definitely is PR1 and indicating this on both checkpagerank.net and prchecker.info. If the one you are checking is showing as PR0 then is incorrect and best to check some others to confirm because the pr update was just the other day.
