Please review this basic website.

Hello, I've created a website to gather E-Mails for invites to Lockerz, a points for prizes website which actually works, getting invites has proven hard, so I made this very basic, crude website to gather the E-Mails I need to send invites to them. Any help on how to improve would be great, the help I'm looking for is improving the chances of me getting those E-Mails, it wasn't meant to be filled with content, but I just don't feel it looks good enough to even get a simple E-Mail address, please tell me what you think and what can be done to improve it.
