In my website if index page is having a good PR say 6 and there is an internal page that is linked with the index page using the nofollow attribute and I putted it in robots.txt to disallow its crawling. So is there any possibility of getting PR for that page using any technique like link building for that page etc.

You can't get the PR for page which is in robot.txt because your page is never crawled by the google.

Actually, PR is based on inbound links, not crawling.

A page can be nonindexed/nofollowed and still have PR.

for your internal pages to have PR, they will need to be either linked form main page or have their own backlinks form PR pages

    Hello,

See There is no issue with Crawling of your website inner pages, but you must have good PR inbound link to your inner page, once you have good Page Rank Inbound link, you will get ranking inner web page in few days.

If there are inbound links to that specific web page (internal or external) it can obtain a Pagerank value; this is evident in the tons of blogs that have specific pages marked as noindex or blocked via robots.txt and still contain a PR0 value. Robots.txt prevents crawling and indexing, it can't prevent links... remember Google "still" crawls a nofollow link, but it doesn't crawl a web page blocked in robots.txt

Dear, Google never give PR to the restricted pages placed in the robots.txt. :)

You may see that, Google PR update for every 3 months or in a duration. Meanwhile if you restrict the access to a page/site in robots.txt, Google completely removed your index from its listing. But, PR will not lose. PR will be lose only in the next PR update, after blocking the site.

    It becomes PR NA.

iF add nofollow tag then will not get any PR juice from index page. If make back links from the page itself then a chance to get PR

Google never gives the PR to any restricted page. You never got any backlink for that page. You can get more information on Uk seo expert

The page can be noindexed/nofollowed and still have PR. If the links pointing to it are nofollowed, then it will not have PR.

Ever had a restricted page appear in the SERP's? I have.

Oh, and don't trust that pesky little green bar...

PR is based on inbound links, not crawling.

Since the inner page it is blocked with robots.txt, search engines wouldnt be able to reach or rank that page.

I have checked your site, your site has PR but is is also crawled by Google. and your Index page is not in robots.txt for that cause your site has PR.
