Delivery: 1 business days. Very quick 9.5/10

Communication: Nice and prompt. Found it some what unprofessional at times when I was requested to redo a Paypal transaction as 'gift' just to save seller a few cents. 6/10

Quality of Work & Reporting: Looks like all 500 submissions have gone through. Report was basic unlike other submission services I've worked with before. Others provide a more detailed report in Excel document that list the directories submitted as well as their PR. In the end the job was done and a timely manner. 7/10

You said that i requested you to refund the Payment which you've sent me just so that i would save a few cents? I had already told you that i was only
asking because i had about $10 in my PayPal you sent $5 i got fees and then i need minimum $15 CAD to transfer to my Bank,

You eventually told me that you would do it and i refused.

It is still unprofessional to request your customer to do what you were asking for. You persisted even after I declined (because I would lose money as I explained). Customers don't need to hear about your money issues with paypal. Live and learn. You need to up your degree of professionalism in order to stand out amongst the rest.

 

You can think what you want about my Service, I am very Friendly and i try my best to do the best of Work but many people do not appreciate it.

The favor would not have costed you anything additional.

I never "Persisted' after you declined i was just trying to explain that there is no additional costs.
