    The only thing you need to know about Google is;

    If your website has good quality content that is relevant to what people are searching for then Google will find your web pages.

    If you focus on that thought and save all the tricks for once you are established then you will do fine.

    One more thing, you may want to target long tail keywords and phrases in the first instance as they give a better return in SERPS for a new site starting out.

    Good Luck

    You are right that Google does not read Javascript but I am not a programmer so I don't know the workaround for it but I am sure there is one if you search Google and then get the content read by Google

    So long as it follows my first recommendations then Google will find you

    I agree with your first suggestion but what if google wont able to find where the content is? i mean when you'll go to http://www.healthcarejobssource.com/Search/SearchCustomer.aspx ans search anything all the results will come through Java script which google wont able to read and would not able to index it..

    Google is not going to find any of your content as it now stands. It won't follow forms to search your site.

    The only fix I can think of would be to provide a directory structure, like craigslist.
