    If you are not using your website to aid the "facilitation of, and contribution to, the unauthorized distribution of Microsoft software via your website" then I would not worry.

    If you are, then you have problems.

    it cast u to loose the domain if u ignore that

    my one friend seems lost his domain for linking download :D
    domain registrars may suspends domain if they got complaints. and ask u to give your original identification details. and host normally ask u to remove software download links etc too

    so u can decide better

    Microsoft does not mess around. That's about all there is to say.

    If you are taking part in criminal activity, then it is in your best interest to stop.
