Buying Script/Command to Backup/Restore Cookies in IE7/8

    I am looking for someway to backup/restore cookies in IE 7/8 automatically via some kind of script/command line. I realize this can be done via IE browser under Import/Export, but I am trying to see if there is a way this can be done via a batch/shell command so it can do it without user intervention.
