im in need of a good offshore hosting that allows streaming videos, my budget is less than $10, i don´t want something spectacular i just want something basic, that´s why the low budget, any recommendation will be appreciated
What is the size of the web hosting you are looking for Space and bandwidth? Are you sure shared web hosting service account will be fine for that?
For 10 dollars (or at offshore it is maybe a little more) you can get a smaller vps! That is a more better idea, because you won't be suspended there so easily, not like on most of the overselled shared hostings. The space and bandwidth is much more on vps-s, and you can use all the resources you buy and install all necessary codecs and programs!
