Sorry to bust your bubble a little here, but there is no such thing. Others that have used tools will say different but tools miss out on important part, add in suggestions that are wrong, add you to many search engines in one go (very dangerous) and in general are a way to get the basics into your site but badly. Avoid at all costs and spend some time here reading and learning about how to do it manually yourself.
In fact, tell you what - rather than see you get into something bad that will not do you any favours, add me to MSN (ill PM you my MSN if you have it?) and I will run through with you things that you need to do - that way you have all the suggestions in one place that you can refer back to. Using automated software are just worth wasting the valuable time. If you are serious about your work then do manually submissions by carefully selecting the target sites.
