best way to utilize parked domains

i basically have a few parked domains with sedo that i really haven't invested any time into them whatsoever - hardly any clicks or visitors to the sites but the actual domain names are good and worth a sell to the right buyer

is there anything i can do to
increase traffic & get an offer on the domains?

i see linkbuilding and directory submission services but not sure if this would benefit me since there is no content other than the parked page

 

Well why not set a site and then add content and later on just sell it

 

I'd recommend building up the sites... unless they have good keywords in the domain, parking them would be useless... build up a site, and increase the value of them, and then sell the sites on. What domains are they?

 

nothing special i suppose - not "great" keywords
hotblogposts[.]com - was going to develop but never had time - maybe using pligg or similar
talkwarcraft[.]com - recently acquired but not sure on tm
sinfulhabits[.]com - was going to develop into tattoo website using coppermine photo gallery

 

Create mini-sites and put Adsense on them - it will pay off more than any crappy parking service.

 

what do you mean - just basic content on a site that doesn't update regularly?

 

yes - kind of like an informational website or "set it and forget it" deal. The goal should be for the domain name to pay for its own annual renewal, at least...and you can do that with this method. Some might make more than others, of course.

Try out google ads for domains. At the same time make some backlinks to get higher PR so when you are about to sale them can get some extra money.

 

You could make micro websites and then profit of them
