i am looking for help with a domain error.

when i visit my domain on http://webtradeforum.com i am forwarded to the following

    http://www.webtradeforum.com/index.php?www.phpsessid....
    and a 404 error shows

i dont know how this is happening and i dont want it, this is now starting to cause me problems as my domain is not recognised when i am trying to configure settings from an ad network.

anybody know how this forwarding takes place and how i can stop it?

check your dns record whether record for "www" and without "www" is correct or not.

thanks that makes sense and i thought it might be something like this.

but i am not using my regstirars name servers, i am using my hosts name servers with cpanel.

i know how to configure my cname in my own regstrar control panel but i cannot figure it out in cpanel, any ideas about this?

if you go to the first url you will be taken to a 404 page.

the second url is fine. but i need both urls to work.
