If you got the know-how already then why not set up a few Clickbank product sites, or CPA sites? If you are trying to make money to live off of from the investment then it is definitely going to be high risk though.
Mate get yourself another job, most probably your first investment will go down the drain. This is not the time to take risks.
There are lot of options. In my suggestion, create some sites if you know how to create then promote it and then sale your sites in 10x+ price of revenue. then build up again and again same type sites.
