I'm glad you believe it's not ok for the Israeli government to practice collective punishment. What is the intent of limiting water supplies? I'm not saying that Israel is trying to kill Palestinians but why do they do it? what do they hope to achieve? or is it just about punishment? I don't believe there is even a comparison when weighing up the evidence as to what is worse: Amount of damage, or deaths that rockets cause in comparison to many people being denied sufficient water and the effects of that and problems it creates. The intent or scale of the act, the intention of firing a rocket would obviously be to scare (many) or kill (a few) - On the other hand denying sufficient water supplies is targeted deliberately at the whole people, for reasons that can only be described as inhumane. Then there is who is doing the act on both sides: A few being affected by terrorists or an whole population by a beacon of democracy, freedom and justice Israel.

1) I don't believe it's true. The BBC is extremely biased. And if you read the article it's a pure propaganda piece. It doesn't ask Israel for its side. 2) The palestinian terrorists are the worst scum of the earth. Not only do they target jewish civilians by bombing restaurants. They hide behind the skirts of their own women and children just so they can use it for propaganda when they are killed in collateral damage. 3) No the Israeli leaders were never terrorists. By terrorists I mean targeting civilians. Israeli leaders did target British military targets, such as the King David hotel which was the British mility command before 1948. 4) If anything Israel has been very tolerant with the palestinians doing their best to avoid civilian casualties.
