Im up to 400 uv a day sitting on page 2 of yahoo for "free videos" at the very bottom. A few months ago I added porn videos to my site, w3c valided and redid the design and most of the site in CSS. Its a tube website originally designed to take user generated content (and it has a working uploader). I had plans to take it full porn and ive been working on SEOing for "free videos" since 2007 and now its finally popping on yahoo after the w3c/css/seo updates/adding porn content/added blog which i stopped updating/link wheeling I did about 2 months ago. The problem is im in the middle of doing affiliate right now which is a 24/7 thing. Anyone have a pet fantasy of developing out one of these sites and would like to start from a better place than scratch? I did promise users im taking the site full porn, which eliminates the huge video serving bandwidth costs (using affiliate video embeds). I am between toughing it out and coming up with an idea to monetize the site, selling the site, or finding someone that wants to partner up and develop the site into something huge - id continue to SEO the site and help with little things but i really wouldnt have a ton of time for it. I am anticipating a 1st page ranking for this site on yahoo which would provide several thousand unique visitors per day, and if my efforts from 2 months ago don't produce that result, im still really really close to that 1 spot for a keyphrase that pulls up over 3 billion search results and can be highly valuable today. Im open to all ideas. Got any? =)
I would say you find a partner who know how to SEO. Since you don't have time to manage the site,why don't you sub some of you work to worker such as paying worker $10/week to do some managing your site job.
Id love to know where to find a worker for $10 a week. If I go this route, all I need them to do is add affiliate's porn embeds (like 5000 of em) via a form I made especially for that.
I think he would need to pay a lot more than $10 per week to get someone who knows what they are doing to do a half decent job running the site.
