    Its very risky to use paypal in Pakistan so to be on the safe side just avoid it and try alternatives.

    In Pakistan u can use AlertPay for PTC sites, and MoneyBookers for all type of trancsactions!!

    I got an i/n/d/i/n/ b/a/n/k account, with an ATM debit card. today it self.

    I paid $55 for fee, and 10$ for my bank balance, I need to pay $11 maintanence char ge. for $25 of every month.. I attached this ac to my PP (they did it) and verified as well.

    Dont just write off the TOS of paypal. What if they block your account again ? Even if you make a new account using India as your home country, your account still has chances to be assigned limited access label. Thats because paypal tracks ip address.

    BTW in Pak there is not Paypal, if there is no Paypal how risk factor could be counted

    I want to add something if you want to keep a paypal account , make a paypal account and select a country in your region , then you can use it for sometime . Receive payments etc and then make a new paypal account after some time probably 3 weeks or a month and transfer your money into it.
    If you want to get your money out of paypal account .Then as one of the member already told signup on pilmus , its free , pilmus allows you to receive all kinds of payments e.g credit card and also paypal. Then you can transfer your money into the pilmus account and can receive it by check etc etc.
    Otherwise there are alternatives e.g alertpay , money bookers etc.
