    .co.cc : Yes
    .tk : I don't know, tk put frames with their own ads, Do not go for it. They also redirect users to some where else.

    Yes,google accept domain co.cc and co.tv..I don't know about .tk domain.

    google will accept your site if you will just have to put real articles that is not being stolen from other website. sometimes they also check that
