I have a forum. I am paying members to post on the forum. Am I allowed to display adsense on this forum?

The rules say that you shouldn't put Adsense on sites that talk about or encourage "pay-to" services. If you are just hiring people to post on your forum, but don't actually talk about the service or similar services on the forum, you are probably OK (assuming that the forum posters you hire aren't so stupid that they think they are "helping" by clicking your ads).

    What Google says:

    So,

Any site utilizing the vBux/vPlaza - uShop/uCash plugin on forums is violating this policy (if services can be redeemed through the points accumulated?)

    IE: NamePros, DNForum, etc.

I would think that those could be a problem, because they could be seen as encouragement for people to click on the ads (invalid clicks) or load the ads multiple times (invalid impressions). You would probably be safer monetizing those parts of your forum in some other way.
