Yahoo sucks

Im sending legit emails for my company
and i sent yahoo a request for my emails not go to the spam box
and this is their response

how do i stop my emails from going to the spam box??

 

What you could try to do is have your clients or people that are receiving the email add your email address to there address book or contacts on there email. Al thought this might cost a little hassle.. I have never bothered with emails going to the spam box.

So you send your customers an email telling them to add your email address to the white list so it will stop going to their spambox. Uh, yeah.

This might be off topic but it is proof that yahoo sucks.

I send emails to myself and yahoo considers it as spams. Those emails are mostly reports that I send to my boss. It has been a habit of mine to send everything to myself too.

Most of the time Yahoo considers my mails (my own mail) to be spam.

 

if your ip was banned....i think the most points is change the IP or your iSP

 

yeah. if we use yahoomail. The email always come as spam. I never use yahoomail

 

I need to check this, does yahoo webhosting mail come into boxes as spam. I mean it is a .com addy.....

 

Hey calico, I was just wondering if you have Yahoo's free account or premium account. I had the free service but this is going on my second year I purchased and renewed my premium account. It has a a lot more features in it versus the free service. Might be worth checking out.

 

Just change to other email services..I think gmail more friendly user

 

i just ordered vps hosting from namecheap
and the first email i sent out as a test to myself the emails were marked as spam
im using poMMo email marketing script

im sending emails through my website hosting

 

i think u should try gmail. (google mail)..

 

i have no problem with gmail
im sending bulk mail and the messages to yahoo accounts are getting marked as spam

 

tell ur customer to keep ur email id in white list.

 

perhaps they are spam? could be

 

there not customers
there newsletter subscribers

they mark everything as spam regardless of the content in the email

 

I faced this problem a few times (not with Yahoo). Answers to clients where rejected by their server. Contacted the boys who maintain my servers with the full header of those mails and they sorted it within 24 hours. Don't ask me how.

 

This has me worried now, since I use yahoo webhosting. If my business mails are going into the smap box, thats shyte. Im going to contact their help center today, I'll post what I find out.
