WTB Adsense sites. Will pay 24x (limited time offer)

What multiple is a site worth? Numerous discussions on DP quote anything from 6 months to 600 months. Realistic figures from sites I've actually seen selling here are more like 10-15 months worth of earnings.

I'll pay 24x net earnings for Adsense sites that meet my requirements. First, my usual disclaimer: They can't be turnkey, proxies, lyrics, ringtone, myspace layouts etc, file hosting, P2P file sharing, funny videos, arcades, games, celeb, or forums.

The ideal site will have unique content, at least one year's proof of Adsense earnings, and not require a lot of time to manage / update / promote. It won't be very reliant on SEs (max 20% of traffic from Google).

Budget is $50K.

Wow!, Gee! Fantastic! I never realised what a big player you are! 6 digits? Boy, I bet it was nearer 7 digits as well and you're just being modest. It may have even been this site that nobody wanted here but you may have found a mega rich buyer somewhere else. Astounding! Agree with foggy. If he liked myspace sites I'd be selling him one of mine that makes $1800/month. Too bad though.

 

I am willing to sell my First and oldest site ... The site which use to be my passion and i myself have written lot of its content .. but sadly right now i am so involved in expanding my services that have no more time for it

The site is almost 2.25 years old (the site is live from 15 May 2004)

$672.56 last month and arounnd 500 in this month already revenue used to be 1000 $ + but decreasing due to non devotion of time. $888.88 in january this year and 750$ in feb (28 days)

The earning have been around 800 mark from over an year.

500+ pages of unique content and LOADS of linkbuilding done.

Can't make any promises on that. Some people would consider a 100x offer as insulting.

However, if it is all you say it is, and it meets my OP requirements, and it's made (12 x 800) over the last year then I'll offer you $19,200. But you obviously missed the last line in my OP so I don't know what else you missed. I'd advise you to read the post again. Properly.
