This hosting is nightmare!!!! I have been with them for few months, also with the old managment. Back then I tought that they are the worst support ever seen by man, but I was wrong, the new managment is worts than anything you have seen before. I have VPS with them and only one site on that VPS which don't need great attention, so I don't use support... This is my first contact to support since new managment "stronger than ever" take place. And I can say that this is very veyr very BAD, not a single word from them, infact after few hours they told me that now VPS is working, but you gues it isn't, they didn't even check to see if it is working or not, they just mailed me and say now it is working, but it isn't. Now it is more that 15 hours passed my site is still down and not a word from them. I think that this is my wake up call to start searching for some new good VPS hosting companies... STAY AWAY FROM QUILLHOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nemanja
