Simple border around ads, violate TOS ?

    You aren't supposed to do anything to draw attention to the ads - and that can be subjective. I certainly wouldn't do that unless I got the ok from the adsense team. You should never rely on the opinions of DP members when it comes to doing something that can result in losing your account. Send those images to the adsense team and wait to make them live until you hear from them.

    I would not make any modifications to Google Adsense ads beyond what Google allows you to do in their interface. Beware! I'm not the final word on this, but it seems to me that if Google wanted you to have a banner, they'd provide the means to add one in the interface.

    If its questionable. Email support. If they dont answer you, then its better safe than sorry, and not go with the borders.

    Newbittoo No way is this fine! Why not put "I am an ad click on me" in flashing neon lights above the text. If google sees the arrows on this site they will ban this account faster than you can blink.
    Remove the arrows today!
