I saw a few times that people were stating that English was a problem. If it's a problem, do the best you can and then pay a little extra to have it checked for spelling and grammar errors.

I saw a lot of the posts in this thread with errors, but your points were still made. This is something that is very easy to put into correct English.

I guess the whole point of this post is that your language limitations do have solutions.

    Best,

    Michael

It would be very interesting to know what kind of article directories are available to foreign language speakers.

I guess I'd never know as they obviously don't show up in Google (English) search results.

Well, if they are willing to invest in Dragon Naturally Speaking, that will automatically spell things correctly.

Option 2: Open office has grammar and spell checking facilities, and it's free. Just write the article in office then copy/paste it. It also exports to pdf.

To be honest, I think it's more about laziness than anything else...

Well, it's an actual ebook - but if you use the mentality of writing articles, it becomes a lot easier.

Like I mentioned - just lay the ebook out as a skeleton. Use the contents page from another book, and use the (rewritten) title headings to base your article on.

Or, use bullet points from competing sales letters as topic headings.

If the contents page had 10 chapters, write an article or 2 for each.

Not really. Run it as an auction. Put starting bid enough to cover costs of auction. Give 50% download as sample, and people know exactly what they're getting, and how much to bid.

Plus, follow my advice above. As an experiment: try running your latest post through Open Office before posting here. You'll notice that it will automatically capitalise your "I's", starts of sentences etc. which people don't seem to be able to do...

The opposite is true. Go for the ones that are immensely popular. People want to own their own product in a killer niche.

Go for the big, 'evergreen' niches that are always in demand.

You don't need to promote it - you are just the developer. This is about quick cash - no time for building up promotions - that's for them to do.

digitpointer -- well that lazy attitude is going to get you nothing! If you 'don't wanna do it' how will you ever know if it works? Only by doing it yourself can you truly know. And if it doesn't, what then? Will you be upset? Or will you carry on and find better products that actually help you in your endeavor to become successful? I don't think that an 'I don't wanna do it' is going to suffice to make a good living online.

They will feel as guilty as you must for recommending people take content from PLR that a 3rd party generated.

hypocrisy at its finest to say the least

You mean to say that people are willing to pay big money for new and original ebooks which they can plug as their own on Clickbank? How does that process work?

I think this post grossly underestimates the difficulty of creating a high quality eBook that people will buy and not return. Add to that fact there are thousands of resale rights products out there, why waste time developing a product and building a sales page, when you could just make the sales page? Or buy a product with all of this inside of it, including the sales page, install it, customize it a bit, and flip it with that much less effort? If it was just that easy, everyone would be doing it.

    Grab the contents page.

Use the titles from the contents page to do your own research, and write your own content. Not once did I say copy and paste from other ebooks.

    Not true at all...

The idea is to sell a whole product to one buyer on Flippa.

There are people out there who would be happy to pay a one time fee for a 100% unique product rather than PLR.

Actually, that can be done also. Just mention in the auction that it is plr with a new sales-page. It will sell because the new home page wouldn't show up on Copyscape.

I've tried this before on flippa (use to be sitepoint) I sold one site for 175 bucks and the other site for 25 bucks. Do you have any tips on makings upwards of 500 bucks? I think my sales pages sucked, I'm not the best writer. Do you know of any good but inexpensive copywriters?

Whatever the practical difficulties in following this methodology, the idea does have merit. And if you keep your profit margins low enough, the site could surely be able to sell.

You pay the ebook and the copywriter their fees, add the listing fees of flippa, domain and hosting charges and a small margin, it would sell like hot cakes.

A nice idea. Just need to take action.
