A few friends of mine own some horses. I've played polo a few times, and polocross which is lacrosse on horses...And yes, that is as much fun as it sounds Don't get me wrong, I'm not an expert at riding or anything, nor do I live in the country. Every so often next to the roads you'll see an eccentric wealthy man or woman riding her horse on the sides of the road and stop at red lights, acting as if it's a totally normal thing to do. I love how being crazy with money makes you "eccentric." In regards to the technical aspects of riding, I've found it more often than not that the first thing one must learn is the animal you are riding is a sentient being and may very well hate the fact it needs to lug you around. Before ever mounting, which is a horrid word to describe getting on top of a horse, you had better look that beast in the eye - give it a warm smile - touch it and let it smell you so the trust and hopefully friendship can build.
I guess you want to know if i can ride a horse and the answer is sure but am i good is the real question.
I ride motorcycles, not horses My parents raised and bred miniature horses for many years though. Cute little buggers
I don't know how horse riding either. I haven't tried it ever since. But I think horse riding is really fun. Hope to try it whenever I have the chance.
