I received a Adsense Servey recently from Adsense.They asked different questions like.... How is Adsense Customer Care? Do you happy with Adsense Payment method? Do you know the reason behind earning fluctuations? Tell them what you think? Complain them of poor customer service,Very few payment method. Express your real experience with Adsense.
I don't understand by so many people keep blabbing on and bad mouthing Adsense. They are the best in the business for start up websites and no other CPC network pays as much, on time and without any hassles. They have an excellent team and as long as you follow TOS, do not ban you.
the survey is for select group of AdSense web publishers for their feedback on the AdSense program. and they also said please consider this survey confidential and do not forward it to others.
They do their best. Make a guess how many people mail/complain them w/o any reason. They may not have to reply back to every one. I understand that few people are getting banned w/o any valid reason but the count is very very very less compare to what they actually banned, and then people start emailing them about their issues. Google just don't feel to reply to such non-sense email and some people think Google doen't have good customer care.
I have no reason to complain about adsense. I do my best to follow their TOS and make real nice money every month using adsense. I know that there are times when I see that a visitor has clicked on an ad and I didn't get paid but they have their reasons and I'm fine with that. If you follow their TOS and use your head, you can make a very nice living using adsense as a part of your revenue stream.
hahah... 10's of smart Google Managers decided threshold of 100$ considering many aspects, they can't simply change it to 50$ just because you are not doing enough to earn more then 50% per month !!
