What Do you think that SEO is better than PPC

hello guys,

i am discussing SEO and PPC that what is best way for website promotion and increase business lead.

so can you explain this ? SEO is better then PPC and what give better result first for long times...

 

if you are looking at long term gains then improving your organic search engine rankings is definately the way to go .ppc you pay for every click where as if your organic rankings are high you do not pay for every click .

example 1000 ppc visitotrs would cost you 1000 x 0.20

where as 1000 natural visitor through organic search = free

 

SEO is not free by any stretch of the imagination. Yes the traffic generated from SEO can be considered 'free' but there is a much work (and therefore cost) involved in raising your natural position to the top. SEO does have the advantage of leaving you with something tangible in place when you stop work, but if you stop writing those articles and building those links for long, you will soon find you that you have lost your prized position!

PPC can IMMEDIATELY display your ad at the top of the search results, but stop funding that account and you will find your ad gone completely just as quick.

PPC if set up well can also inform your SEO strategy.

My view is that PPC is very efficient and immediate but you can also spend a lot of money if its not set up correctly.

 

Absolutely. Running an effective PPC campaign can give you valuable insight in what keywords lead to the best conversions, and therefor what keywords should first be targetted with SEO.

As Top Click Media said the only real cost of SEO is time. If you have lots of time and no money than SEO is your friend. I do a combination of PPC and seo as mentioned to find the keywords for PPC and keywords for SEO. It's really a symbiotic relationship.

 

buddy ppc give fast result and seo gives u late results but is permanent and ppc is temporary

 

seo gives long term result while PPC whenever you will start bid then gives result but give result immediately

but we can say that seo is best according PPC...am i right..

 

Look PPC is totally Cost per clicks system, whereas SEO has many things to drive traffic from search engines and other resources.

SEO can take time but PPC only wants good money and good advertisement structure.

 

No we cannot. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages. If you are just starting out with your marketing campaign, then begin with PPC to assertain what you best performing keywords will be, and then implement this with SEO.

 

I agree; excepting that site structure, design and content has quite a lot to do with SEO. Best to implement both at the same time (you will need to research keywords and construct targeted pages no matter what you do) and let PPC guide the ongoing aspects of site development such as content creation / content modification / link building etc. IMHO.

 

seo is better bcoz more no of keywords u can target and get rank and its very cost-effective and for long time it stay.

 

PPC is better because you can get quick results and its a whole lot more scalable

 

I think I will try to combine both: PPC for less competitive keywords that are not too expensive and SEO for more competitive ones that I can't afford.
Seems to be best of both worlds.

It seems that you don't know PPC and SEO.......SEO will be the most important think but takes time..
