Yeah, I can disprove all that because that's just silly :p

Oh and the ability of a creature to take on the mass out of thin air needed to grow fangs, hair, and increase all of it's physical size and senses is phsyically impossible.

    OK i'm done.

Your opinon of the silliness of something does not qualify it being disproven.

I personally don't believe in vampires and such, but I can't prove or disprove their existence...which is my point.

I think everyone should be allowed to believe what they choose... there is no "right" religion, sorry folks. If your God had intended the entire world to be sole believers in Him, why then are there so many different relgions present in the world? What makes Christianity better than another religion?

Personally, I don't think one religion can profess to be the best or right religion. There are too many different religions for only one to dominate. What you believe is what's real to you, and it should just be left at that.

All of that is silly, but 10 horned, 3 headed, whore-beasts running wild on earth is perfectly rational because it's in the revelations?

    Sorry.. couldn't resist :D :D

    Hahahahahaha..........

Okay, yo-yo, please warn me in advance when you're going to post something funny. I don't relish the idea of cleaning my keyboard repeatedly because I've spit out my drink all over it.

Don't you know it. I see things like that all the time. Nobody can forget last winter when a horde of rampaging Unicorns decided to attack a local farmer's market :p

Totally agree. And no one has the right to judge someone of a different religion....except Scientologists.

No one has the right to judge anyone because of their religious beliefs, including Scientologists, lol... as wacky as they may seem to some people.

How do you know they dont exist but hide themselves frm humans?

Maybe if you wholeheartedly believe in them with out a doubt they appear.

More or less, I suppose that's what I am saying Rick. Judging another based on their religious preferences is foolish and wrong. I don't feel people have the right to decide that their religion is better than anothers.

Would you feel the same if a guy said he believed/worshipped Satan...no prejudgements at all?

Yes and no. While I obviously don't adhere to Satan-worshipping, other people can and do follow that path. Obviously, I have a harder time accepting people who believe in Satan than I do accepting those who believe in God, but to each their own. Would I think differently about that person? Yes, possibly. But I'm not going to place judgement on someone because of their religion, regardless of whether I condone the practice or not.

I think we all come with some sort of prejudgements. I don't think it's wrong for our minds to explore those thoughts, I just think it's better that we don't assume such (without some reasonable cause). I've been in situations were my initial prejudgements were actually true, and other occasions where they were no where close.

It would be funny to experiment with something like this. For example, I'm scanning pics...my first thought of each picture.

    Blues

    Silly

Tell me, do you not have some sort of thoughts prior to actual knowledge of people?...I'd think everyone does...but perhaps I'm wrong.

Of course, Rick. I do have thoughts about people before I get to know who they really are. But that's not what we are discussing; we are discussing whether it's right or justified to judge another based on their religious beliefs. We may have thoughts about their religion, sure. But I don't think we should base our opinions of people on what relgious path they choose to follow, regardless of what we may think about it.

Yyyyeahhh ummm RH78 let me introduce you to sarcasm. It's a great concept we humans have used for quite some time now. It works hand in hand with satire and general ridicule of one's intellectual inferiors.

I just think human beings have a basic need to have a systematic set of beliefs to live by. If not, they are lost. I too believe in some higher order but they are very much like us. Lazy. So they created a fully automated planet - Earth.

    That means 2 things.
One, the prayers will go unanswered. They are unlike Google, and will not answer those support prayers (emails).

Two, human beings are equipped with the most powerful automation system in the world (some say the universe) - the Brain. For the whole system to be fully automated, the brain has to be powerful enough to run this planet, solving all sorts of problems. However, even the higher order is not perfect. The problem is, like all systems, there are bugs. So once in awhile, some brain gets short-circuited and some company like Microsoft that delivers buggy software is born. Is there nothing that can be done about this?

As creations of the higher order, there's only one thing left to do. Continue to pray and ask for functional software from Microsoft, higher CPC from Google and Overture, and hope against hope that one day, the higher order would open their flooded inbox and answer those damn suppport prayers from the webmaster community. :D
