if you do not know ok they have to remove all the account in lower parts of 5$
if you want address with proof I them post there is more than 10 forum which speaks about it

 

I really do not understand , my ctr always was above of 1% and of a day to another my % low to,080%, my ads always was in a good place, I have more than 3000 visits per day (80% of Japan), it said (3\ Please send more traffic from land of northern europe, " Japan ", USA, Canada, Brazil and western EU. For some of these lands is CPM to the higs of $1 USD !) and now I am banned because my taffic was bad, with this traffic of Japan my ctr was to be high, which hurts to me more is that already it had 81 USD.

 

Guys , get over this..Its a scam..He has paid to only those customers who had 1-2$ in der account.
