    CatKittenCare.info was registered as a domain in May 2009. The blog uses Wordpress.

    The design is the Revolution theme, with custom header and banners. The content includes:

    • A mix of health guides and problem solvers.
    • One page promoting Amazon products in article format.
    • Unique and created especially for this site.
    • An 'About' and 'Privacy Policy' page.

    The articles are all in excess of 500 words and some are closer to 750. They have all been added in the last few days. I am a content writer by trade and these articles are all up to my usual standards.

    The following plugins are ready installed and optimised:

    - Featured Content (working and ready)
    - Adsense Now (putting Adsense codes in content)
    - XML Sitemap Generator
    - Easy Privacy Policy
    - Akismet (spam King)

    Revenue Generation:

    - Adsense is colour-integrated throughout the site, all you need to do is change the publisher ID.
    - Amazon is linked to both within the sidebar and within a promotional post.

    Upon sale, all graphics and articles become yours in their entirety and are free to use in other ways if you prefer.

    Site content is only recently uploaded so no traffic or revenue to speak of.

    T&Cs

    - I will send you all the possible files you could need to move the site to your own server. I do not move things myself; I just send the files.
    - Alternatively, you can stay hosted with me for one month free and $2 per month thereafter (12 months).
    - I will help with any issues not related to installation, such as customising the theme.

    Sorry, the offer was close enough to the BIN for me! I've received a couple of other PMs along these lines; I'm working sites on a lot of domains I have sitting around at present so all I can suggest is to keep an eye out?
