We have our own API for Twitter, working to upgrade Facebook and many other social networks. Search for IntelBuilder on Google for CMS and social media platform.

 

feedburner & networkblogs (the fbook app). not realtime but i think i read they are working on it.. supposedly twitterfeed is too

 

I use networkblogs and it's great. It can post directly to either your profile or a page you're the admin of. It isn't instant, but it'll be within 12 hours or your post.
