Finally a Demo for vBulletin 4.0

Finally the vBulletin.com has been upgraded to version 4 and we can see a live demo there.



Since it's still in beta, we probably have to wait another month to have a Gold release.
BTW, I already have upgraded to Suite making use of the Pre-Sale window. How many of you have upgraded already?

 

actually according to the portal page on vb.org this is still in "early alpha stages". Not quite beta yet.

 

That theme breaks up in my ubuntu firefox 2.0.0.17 .....

 

It's in beta 1 stage.
See the vb.com forum. They upgraded just yesterday.

There are still lots of bugs including that in the default style.

I clicked on the link to vbulletin in the above message and got a pop up about download some script from a server in China!!! It did not happen the second time I clicked on the link.

May be ur browser need some update for new version. but for that no need to give Warnings

 

It happened after clicking on the link and before it opened the vb.com site. ...now my McAfee is going berserk about the trojans....

 

vBs site has no virus maybe he got the load because he at that time they doing some kind of edits

I am not that stupid. Please do not imply that I am. I only had one window open and McAfee went berserk when I clicked on the link you posted. It does not happen now.

If you see Trojans in vB's official site, then it's your problem.

 

he didn't actually post a link, therefore you did not actually "click" it, you obviously must've mispelt it when you put it into your browser bar

 

I clicked the same link several times.. in a row, no such popup nor url pointing to anything in china, check yourself for viruses.

 

I can use any sized font I like. Also, dont try to backseat mod unless you like infractions.

Beta version is not so impressive. Waiting to see its final version.

 

Dont expect musch diffrence what u see rite now is what is the final product only glitches will be fixed

 

The design is worse than vB 3.x IMO

They should not use Arial in the first place.

Also the area which shows thread tools and pages is not nice.

Just my opinion.
