Selling Article Directory With Unique Point!

As I stated in my other thread, I am selling off some of my websites, because if I am not doing client work then I have 7 other projects going on.

About The Site:
The website is an article directory, but with a unique point. Article Writers are able to post there articles and they may also include their Google Adsense ID so they can split the revenue (50/50, can be changed) off of their article, if they don't have their ID entered then it defaults to yours!

Currently there are 303 articles in the database (With option of 131 more), these are being fed from an article distribution site, but each article is unique (spun). Every article that is fed from the AD will be posted in the uncategorized section until you go through and change it, when a user submits a article though it will be pending.

Traffic and Revenue stats are low enough not to even bother counting because I have not been able to sit down and advertise the site.

With such a low visitor count assume no revenue, though I believe it has had a click before XD.

The domain was purchased on 09/30th but I did not get the website launched till October 11th, so with some advertising and marketing the website would take off.
