When Selling Domains?

If I was to buy some domains, then build sites on them. Can I sell the websites with the domain straight away? Or is there some sort of restriction on this?

I use GoDaddy, if it makes a difference.

What do you mean exactly? There are for example restrictions on selling a .COM domain after updating the whois information but it has nothing to do with site development.

Basically once I register a domain. Am I able to sell it right away, or do I have to wait so many days until I can sell it.

Yes, you can easily sell any domain domain name that you purchase without any restrictions!

Once its your domain you can sell the name or the name with a site. There shouldn't be any issues.

    Okay Thanks.

I thought you might have to own the domain for so long before you can transfer it to the account of the person buying it from me.
