That's not necessarily true. My website was approved and it was about 20 days old. There's no need to way six months.

that depends on where you live. in some parts of the world, china and india for example, atleast a 6 month old site is needed to get approved. other parts of the world don't have that requirement.

Google counts the age of domain name, not sub domain. so if you have a blog on blogspot or wordpress.com it will be accepted within days if it has good content. same rule for other sites hosted on sub domains. and for top level domain in some countries they have a limit of 6 months

I can see you didn't read the ToS. One of the biggest and most common mistakes among Adsense users.

6 month rule or any kind of time rule is kind of unfair, to some extent. Mostly to new people trying to get an account. If you already have an account, couldn't you buy a new domain name right now, slap some content up and put adsense on it with no 6 month or other time waiting period.

I think it does if you have good quality content i guess. I bought new domain and upload my wordpress content a week later and google accept me only within 24 hours.

btw I have more than 24K+ post for that new site for testing only.

    Just my2cents.

It will be great if there is a way to borrow that 24k+ posts from you until google approves me and then I will give it back to you :D

I answer your question. Now you should do the homework :).
Create great content, dedicate yourself with adsense.
Learn web programming, master css and learn to put the ads on the right position.

    Good luck mate.

Brand new websites are difficult to get approved. So, it is better to first develop your website and promote it well. Then apply for AdSense. It will produce better results.
