    Hello,

    I am offering sale of a PR4 web directory which has been under me for more than 1 year. It is PR4 from the day I bought and maintained its Page Rank. I have also promoted the web directory constantly through different SEO methods. The directory has strong backlinks with a very good number of indexed pages in google. The domain name is 5 years and 11 months old and is registered at GoDaddy.

    The website generates a good organic traffic from search engines, social bookmarking websites and from web directories lists.

    Please keep in mind that there are number of featured listings placed by SEO companies. You will have to keep those featured listings within the directory. Moreover, keeping those free listings will give you more listings from the same SEO companies or some others. So, you cannot delete the featured listings within the directory. That's a very humble request.

    The directory offers regular listing for free and featured listing for a very small yearly fee. The web-directory will come up with a PHPLD 4 license. The domain will be pushed for free and the site will be transferred. If any other help would be required, I would be willing to do so.


    Revenue Details

    Revenue comes from featured listings and google adsense. However, you don't have much clicks at google adsense, but the clicks pay well. Also, SEO companies and normal clients buy featured listings from time to time. You may also need to contact the SEO companies on their own. You can search them in Google.

    Yes domain is godaddy. The hosting is cPanel and bidding ends in a week as listed above.

    The following Gmail search lists all the 64 link sales I had in past one year. The total earning from these listings is approximately $424.12. This earning is other than the $50/year from sitewide links and $1250 deal I had with one SEO company.
