Suggestion How to complain for script / support bought from DP User

Hi All,

Can any one please clarify how to complain or get suggestion for one of the DP user who has sold me script and assured to give me all support after sales and now he is not supporting me any more.

This type of Cheat happen day to day basis to lot many people in DP i think so because i have bought couple of script from 2 to 3 users and they sold it very cheap and commited me to give support and upgrade but they are no longer replying me or even they dont care even i complain on their main thread and i think modeartor need to take this thing seriously and atleast put sticky or something like red raps (rather green) so people get idea what fraud or cheat this user has done in past.

Hope all of Deper's are agree with my suggestion and say something in replying this thread.

I think you can give negative feedback to itrade and also discuss about that user in BST so that no other member would engage in any trade with them.

 

Yes, just leave a review contain your bad experience in his/her sales thread, so others will aware of it.

 

I am not asking to get involved anywhere.

Being a moderator its your responsibility to make aware DP users with this kind of fraud. And leaving review on his / her thread wont short out the problem as user will close the thread or may be start using another id we need to ban his id/ domain from DP for long period so he understand the value of DP fraud because we have infraction system only for posting PM me on thread than why cant we ban them for such nasty behaviour even we are having proof in PM we cant complain any where hope you take it positively and draw some guideline for dealing.
