I do not think there is anything wrong with automating your Craigslist posting schedule. The auto software that exists out there is total crap and will get your posts flagged or banned without you even knowing it.

However, I would suggest a posting service like TopPost.com to do the manual posting for you. You can spam the system, but it will get you nowhere. I suggest daily posting into relevant categories for best results.

You can get free posting credits to test it out by going to http://www.craigslist-book.com as well.

Tina,

Looks like you can use a website rewrite. I know a writing guru, who has won national awards, and been featured in FSB, etc, who can help you out. PM me.

I was looking into buying one of those auto-posting tools, but I am cheap and don't want to spend that kind of money. I have been manually posting ads and it doesn't take too much time. I have several ads already typed up, some with images and some with images that link to my site. All I have to do is login, cut and paste and I'm done.

It takes about a 1/2 hour to do my postings and so far, it's been going very well for me.

Plus, my ads are all different, so I don't have to worry about having my ads denied and what not.

If your ads have images, photobucket works well. If you want your images to link back to your site, just set something up like this Afterwards, all you have to do is cut and paste it into your ad and your done.

The Auto Posters Rock! Just Dont Spam Craigslist, or you will have an extremely hard time trying to find a way to post your ads without being blocked. They can even block your URL and will block your post if it contains certain words.

its extreemly easy to just post them yourself

I did 10 today in about 10 minutes. They have a new login feature that speeds up the process.

Plus how would you get around the captcha?

You would have to sit by the captcha anyway.

I will recommend posting "manually" than using "auto - posting"
I've tried a few autoposting programs and they dont really work too well.

Auto posters work as long as you know how your ads should be formatted. Starting off manually posting is a good idea though as it forces you to learn and improve your posting skills.
