This is a popular problem. Indian publishers should know that the rules for application are a bit more stringent than they are for U.S or EU publishers.

Have you waited the required six months and have you made sure that your site has original quality content?

why not try another 300 times?

at least tell us your url so we have something to check.

usually the problem is with the site.

a large number of new applicants apply using low quality sites and that is the biggest reason why applications are rejected.

Write quality content over several months, then reapply. You may also want to contact google and see if you can get any more specifics from them (but it's unlikely they'll reply).

It's not about how you sent, correct request is a must.
But what you send, what about the quality of your site, content, design, etc :D

    G'luck with next request.

    Yes this is the key.

You say you applied 30 times, but unless you actually improved your site after each application, it was hopeless from the start.

Have you read and understood the Adsense program policies? Do you have quality unique content? Does your site have 6 months worth of content (not just 6 months old)?

If you post the URL of your site here and the exact rejection email Google sent you - the always give a general reason for the rejection.
