did a quick search - google for "submit ebooks for sale" without quotes and you find a list of 10 sites to post your book to.

 

List it in ClickBank's Marketplace so that to get affiliates. Promoting something is easier when you're not alone. Look for affiliates.

 

Twitter will make a sense.Have a try.Also you can purchase more links to your website to get more traffic.
