hoe do i solove paypal account error

    I have tried for getting pay pal account, unfortunatly i was entered wrong verification codes and it's given "card has been disabled, you must use another card",

    "can i use another credit card/ vcc with same paypal account(email id i need)?"

    First of all let me ask that why you have entered wrong verification codes ?? Your entered card in paypal doesn't belongs to you ??

    Yes,you can.. but Paypal account name should match the name of your bank account.

    You can remove your existing card and add new card. No issues.

    As long as you use your own cc.
    Or buy another VCC.

    At first i would suggest you that you should not use vcc bcuase if paypal get to know that you are using vcc then they will limit your account.
