    I've never really monetized the site other than adsense, screenshot provided. 3,600 pages indexed in google, and it's on the 1st page of google SERP's for some highly searched keywords. If I'm not mistaken, the formula for selling a site is 10 - 12 months of monthly revenue, making this site worth over $900, so this is an awesome deal. With the right affiliate programs, someone could make some nice change with this site. I'm moving outta state, and need some quick money, I don't really even want to sell the site. I'm looking for a fast, smoothe sale.

    Oh yeah, I have made a few bucks with adbrite, see the screenshot.
    I just updated the adsense screenshot to show this month's earnings. The $92 monthly revenue at the top of the listing is an average for the last year.

    I spend nothing for advertising, 85% of traffic comes from google, the rest is direct traffic. Believe me, I don't want to sell this, but I'm packing up my Harley and moving 1500 miles to Florida, and desperately need the money. My loss is someone else's gain.

    I hope the buyer received more proof than what I see. The domain name is not shown on any of those stats. Those stats could come from anywhere.

    Those stats were legit, and the site is up and running on the buyers server already. Any stats can be faked/photoshopped, thing is I'm an old dude, and not into ripping people off.
