    I'd be interested. do you do any custom packages? I have had plenty of directory work, but am looking for further link building, and other promotions, and I'd definitely love to move from a pr4 to a 5.     What i meant to say how can he get your site a PR of 3 in 15 days when the next PR update will take place only after 1 month.

    seodelhi, internal PR is updated daily, so its just a matter of time (you know how long) for toolbar updates etc :)
    Maybe he will work for you 15 days, then you will have to wait until the next update :)
