    I have a site that I used a lot when I was in the mortgage business, but have not done anything with it in a while.

    It is a PR2 and the material on there was all written by me.

    I have owned the domain since 2003. It is registered at Godaddy and will be pushed to your account for free.

    It expires in 5 days, but with the right offer I will extend it one year first bedore I push it to your account.

    I have not set a BIN price yet as I am still pondering if I should sell it or renew it and keep using it.

    Current traffic is around 24/day and adsense if very minimal as I have done NO promotion or updates to the site in a long while. So assume NO income.

    Well, I didn't track the exact amount on this site as I was using the site for my home loan business for the most part. The average per click on all my other mortgage sites was about $1.20 - $1.50.

    As usual , there were always the .20 cent clicks and a few over $2.

    Yes, they high bidder flaked out, so it is still available. I was waiting to re-think it and re-list it, but I am open to offers for the site.
