According to Irani state-law, a woman who marries without the written permission of her father gets 10 years in Prison. I guess they don't read the quran there. Maybe they are mongol too.

Moreover, Mohammad, peace be upon him, is a prophet, and he is above the some rules as he is special. like it or not.

In Saudi Arabia, if I want to marry a girl, I would tell my mother/sister to search for so and so girl.

Then, my family and the family of the girl would agree on a time when I can visit them to see the girl and she see me to decide whether we establish marriage or not.

This is how it happens here.

But in some Areas, the Islamic rule is not followed, so the man will not be allowed to see the girl untill the marriage is established.

We have confirmed reports about female teenagers imprisoned and on death row for minor issues or even no crimes committed in Iran.
When the girls are virgins they got or will get married to a prison ward and get raped before they execute them, because a female, under their interpretation of sharia law, can't be executed while still a virgin.

There is a difference between a girl that is satisfied with her parents choice and that who is not satisfied.

If the girl is satisfied, that is great.

If she is not satisfied, God gave her the right to choose for herself, and she must be given her right that God gave her. Her parents have no right to force her to marry a man she dislike.

Browntwn, why don't you come off the online world and find out what's going on in the real world. It seems you're always on line, so you never get to know what's really going on. Advice: Shut down your machine for a few weeks and go check out the real world.

Look at the crimes other religions have caused. A recent one was a woman taking pictures of naked babies and passing them onto pedo's. Is that what religion teaches? No it does not!.

Does religion teach that you should go out, get drunk and rape, no it does not.

Does religion teach that you can rape children, no it does not.

It's not the religion but the person who causes the sin. It's people like you who cause hatred by making info up and copying links to posts like you have done in your original post.

Here we go again, somebody will always come to do the rescue with the "cover up" or "shut up and leave us alone it is not that Muhammad did something wrong it is people who misunderstood him" chant.

You guys are always right, now you can go open up the quran and read muhammad's next just battle against the infidels.
As a matter of fact all of my muslim friends will deny the obvious truth and keep believing in lies and often would say lies to make make their oponent look bad (for example the Israeili soldiers kill to get organs from palestinians this is just one of them.)
No question muhammad tought some good things.
But look at all the violence he took part in, the executions of Prisoners of war, the money he made from selling captives, and etc. etc......
You can't find that kind of behaviour in any other prophet from a true religion of Peace and Love.
Is lying part of the middle estearn culture? Just recenlty I tried to discuss muhammad's violence and my muslim friends flatly denied Muhammad used violence and got even offended and some of them said not to say things like this to other muslims because I could get killed.
Well, I replied if Muhammad didn't use violence why would his followers use violence in his name?
Doesn't make sense right? Obviously, they are fanatically tied up to the old dogmas, and have really hard time accepting the truth.
