There was a lot of discussion, and then it simply disappeared. Did it ever go to court or is this still an active case?
I think it might still be active.. I searched DP a little bit and got this: "http://dockets.justia.com/docket/court-candce/case_no-5:2008cv04052/case_id-206526/" Which says that up until last week, it was still receiving dockets..so yeah, I think so.
I know a bit ago DP's employee page shrunk to just Shawn. http://www.digitalpoint.com/employees/ And then Shawn seemed to disappear for awhile. But now he's back, fixed the Keyword tracker, so I was wondering if this was ever resolved. But ya looks like its still active
